Values of Strengthening, Abilities, Health And Rehabilitation Organization (SAHAR-O)

1.    Transparency and Accountability:
The SAHAR-O is clear and accountable to all donors, government bodies, stakeholders, beneficiaries and Partners,  always remains accountable, contribution of resources will increase trust as they come to know that SAHAR is properly allocating budgets, implementing projects, and using its resources. Transparency and accountability further reflect trust on SAHAR s integrity to the communities living within its areas of operation, which will in turn breed more clarification and encourage collaboration. By doing so, SAHAR will further attract of communities Integrity.

2.    Community:
SAHAR-O is always struggling to maximize the impact of our services by involvement of community, we challenge ourselves to improve performance year-on-year and to create long-term sustainability and to continuously develop and enhance the gross root involvement and priorities in all our long and short term plans and priority seating.

3.    Social responsibility(s)
SAHAR-O encourages people to take the responsibility of their community(s) and work together to improve it. Social and right base approaches and module is our core principle and community based approaches is out ways of working. 
4.    Respect:

SAHAR-O respect the communities in which we operate. It begins with compliance with laws and regulations. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards and behave in ways that earn the trust of others. We depend on the relationships we have and respect each other and those we work with. We value diversity of people and thought. We care about the consequences of our decisions, large and small, on those around us and also culture respect and considering the community local culture in all our related interventions

5.    Integrity:
SAHAR-O is always be true to our values and our mission, acting with honesty and transparency, while to the Community’s and partners we serve, transparency sharing our results, and lessons.    

6.    Gender Equity:
This will on the picture promote a balanced and positive picture of SAHAR efforts by SAHAR regarding elimination of gender violence   and discrimination will be valued and it’s the need for our work to reflect and promote respect for gender and equity issues. Contribution towards promotion of social justice will be recognized. Communities have been witnessing various genders -beast violence over years, and need cooperation of actors who shall help them decrease its incidence or stop it entirely. SAHAR active promotion of gender equity is likely to enhance its public Picture in Afghanistan.

7.    Equity and social justice:
We are Respect for all will promote social justice and equity regardless of any discrimination and differences, Human rights of all in order to ensure that everyone is afforded and treated equally and with fairness. Groups have access to projects regardless of their gender, ethnicity, religious or cultural background and beliefs, affiliations, political immigration status, disability, status, age, ability to pay fees and geographical location.

8.    Attention to Vulnerable People:
SAHAR commitment does that children and women are the most vulnerable communities of society and gives priority to these people when identifying projects. Giving special attention to vulnerable group will promote social justice and equity in our society. This will further promote inclusion of vulnerable groups in mainstream society and contribute to the improvement of the human development indicators of Afghanistan, which are already poor people and worsen as they are adjusted to take into account gender disparities within the country. By assisting those that need help the most, SAHAR will also increase its credibility in the communities.

9.    Efficiency:
SAHAR-O efficiently uses the resources of time, effort and materials. SAHAR-O is competent and productive and finds innovative ways to minimizing waste of resources, effort and material.

10.     Sustainability: 
SAHAR-O act in a way that is sustainable for our organization and society. Our decisions take into account the needs of future generation and as a whole we strongly below and follow the long lost approaches and initiatives.
